Since the time Romex Engineers developed the first plunger type machine in their small workshop in the suburbs if Mumbai about 35 years ago, they have never looked back.

Romex Engineers manufactures vertical type of injection moulding machines. Company offers plunger type of machines in semi as well as fully auto version in 30gms  & 75 gms.  shot weight capacity.

In late 90's for the first time in India the company has developed Fully Automatic Screw Type injection moulding Machines for better prospect of small moulders who were moulding components on hand moulding machines.

Vertical screw type machine  is the culmination of painstaking efforts of our R & D engineers and designers who have matched the state of art technology specially to meet the challenges thrown by the jet set fast growing plastic industry.

Model with 15 tons locking and 40 gms.  shot weight capacity are equipped with horizontal toggle clamping unit and vertical screw type injection unit. This machine with variable speed high torque hydro-motor  efficiently runs on a 3 H.P. electric motor, and capable and proficient to process the most demanding engineering raw material. The machine is designed for fast cycling production and can easily replace your 3 plunger machine thus reducing product manufacturing costing and labour cost.

In addition due to an efficient designed of the hydraulic systems and the use of a 3 H.P. motor, the power consumption is much lower as compared, resulting in reduced power consumption in manufacturing cost. In this way electricity expenses are greatly thereby leading to increase in profitability and higher returns in short terms.

One of the merits of our machine is there outstanding safety features. Safety devices is provided on all hydraulics, temperature regulating units and moulding systems. The incorporation of a low pressure mould clamping mechanism (mould safety) offers protection to valuable tools. It uses a plasticising screw fitted with a Suck Back System and can process  a variety of thermoplastics including PC, NYLONS ( 6 and 66 filled or unfilled), PA (delrene and Celcon), POOM (Acrylic) ABS,PPS, PBT, SAN PVC (Soft), POLYURETHANE. EPDM BASED MATERIAL  FOAM BLENDED MATERIAL including PP and NYLONS and various other engineering polymers. Conventional materials like PP, PE, PS, HIPS EVA can also be efficiently moulded on the same machine.

Keeping in mind feedback from our customers and demands for manufacturing higher grammage vertical screw type moulding machine. We have developed Vertical  Screw type moulding machine with 90 gms. shot weight capacity and 45 tonnes locking. Machine is fitted with 5 HP motor. This machine are fast cycline and are perfectly suitable for manufacturing caps, Closures, House Hold articles, Automobiles products. Machine are available with all features required for processing engineering component with high accuracy
